Andre selflessly dedicated 12 years of his life to the Navy as a Commands Leading Petty Officer here in CT. After ending an impressive and decorated Navy career he has now retired to pursue his dream role as a watch-maker with Rolex. Andre will be greatly missed as a friend and client but great opportunities lie ahead for this talented entrepreneur.
